KIMAX MONITORING
Know what every truck is carrying, live and per axle
Purpose-built weight sensors read each axle from the suspension and stream it over cellular, so the control room sees live load, position, and overload status for every vehicle on one map. The same data is yours through the API.
- Easiest to integrate
- Works with your existing GPS
- Live data through an open API

How the numbers get here
Monitoring is what the hardware produces. Three steps, no weighbridge.
Sensors on every axle
Pressure sensors on each axle group turn suspension readings into calibrated weights in tonnes on the device itself, with remote two-point calibration.
Gateway streams it live
A cellular telematics unit sends weight and position as the vehicle moves, buffers on board through coverage gaps, and works alongside Teltonika and other trackers already installed.
Map, reports, and API
The same stream feeds the live map and reports here, and the telemetry API for your own systems:
GET /v1/telemetry/vehicles/{id}/latestThe Benefits of Kimax Monitoring
Per-axle weight data from loading to delivery: on the map, in reports, and through the API.
Real-Time Weight Data
Every axle's load in tonnes, read from the suspension and updated as the vehicle moves. No weighbridge stop and no end-of-shift surprises: the loader operator and the control room see the same number at the same time.
Overload Prevention
An alert the moment a vehicle exceeds its limit, on the live map and in the dashboards, with per-axle detail so you know which axle is over before the truck reaches a public road.
Fuel Optimization
Right-sized loads burn less fuel per tonne moved. Customers typically see 15-25% fuel savings against their pre-deployment baseline.
Axle Balance Monitoring
See weight distribution across steering, drive, and trailer axles on every trip. Balanced loads mean less tire wear, fewer maintenance stops, and safer handling on haul roads.
Feature set
Real-time weight tracking across your entire fleet
Every vehicle on one map with its live load, status, and a per-vehicle weight chart of load, haul, and dump cycles. Overload alerts appear here the moment a limit is crossed.
Fleet overview by carrier and status
Hundreds of vehicles grouped by carrier or partner fleet, with search, bookmarks, and live driving, stopped, and loaded states at a glance.
Vehicle & sensor health
Automated health checks catch silent devices, zero or frozen weight readings, implausible values, and GPS faults. A dedicated dashboard shows live 30-minute verdicts, 24-hour trends, and persistent issue cards with resolve, plan-maintenance, and snooze workflows.
Per-axle weight reports
Every trip records its axle breakdown: steering, drive, and trailer axles plus gross vehicle weight. The weight report filters by date, vehicle, geozone, and trip status, includes partner fleets you share vehicles with, and exports to Excel.
