Starting 2026 Strong

The last months were about making the platform harder to fool and easier to act on: knowing when a sensor is lying, seeing axle-level weights on every trip, and giving dispatchers live context. Everything below is shipped and available to customers today.

Vehicle Health Monitoring

A new fleet-wide Vehicle Health dashboard runs automated checks on every vehicle's data for silent devices, weight sensors reading zero or frozen, implausible values, and GPS faults:

  • Live verdicts every 30 minutes: near-real-time health per vehicle, with 24-hour color-coded trend strips
  • Persistent issue cards: each problem opens a card your maintenance team can resolve, schedule maintenance for, or snooze; recurrences reopen automatically
  • Noncompliance management: flag vehicles as noncompliant with reason and audit trail

Weights & Reports

  • Per-axle weight capture: every trip now records steering, drive, and trailer axle weights alongside gross vehicle weight
  • Vehicle Weight Report: per-trip axle breakdown with date, vehicle, geozone and trip-status filters, partner-fleet scope, and Excel export
  • Per-vehicle signal smoothing: an optional post-processing tab tunes weight-signal smoothing per axle, previewed live before it touches production data

Live Operations

  • Geozone arrivals & ETAs: click any zone on the live map to see inbound vehicles closest-first, with road-network ETAs and Empty/Loaded badges
  • Vehicle search in reports: find vehicles by name, plate, or IMEI in large fleets

Platform & Integrations

  • Remote calibration for Teltonika devices: over-the-air, per-axle two-point calibration with a live job status and a full audit history; offline vehicles pick up the calibration on reconnect
  • Signed webhooks: self-service endpoints receive vehicle status events signed with HMAC, deliverable across partner tenants
  • Deep vehicle-bus decoding: the platform now decodes ~150 CAN/FMS signals from Teltonika FMC650 devices, from per-axle loads to fuel and engine data, plus BLE sensors, laying the groundwork for richer dashboards ahead
  • Mixed device fleets: run Kimax weight units and Teltonika trackers side by side on one platform

What is Next

We are exploring how to surface the newly decoded vehicle-bus data, from fuel and engine to PTO, directly in customer dashboards. We will share details as features ship, not before.

All updates above are available now. If you would like a walkthrough of any of them, reach out to our team.
