All content, trademarks and other intellectual property made available on the Platform are and remain the property of Kimax Digital. You may not use, copy or reproduce any such material without our authorization.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm the Platform or its users.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

We strive to provide accurate and reliable services. However, we do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or available without interruption. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk, and you assume all risks associated with that use.
