- Vehicle to cloud: Weight, position, and telematics data is encrypted from the moment it leaves the sensor
- Cloud to dashboard: All API calls and web traffic use HTTPS with modern cipher suites
- Data at rest: Stored data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption
Access Control
Kimax Digital provides role-based access controls:
- Administrators: full access to all data, configurations, and user management
- Operations managers: access to fleet data and analytics for their assigned sites
- Dispatchers: real-time vehicle tracking and route management for their shift
- Drivers: their own vehicle data and load status
- Viewers: read-only access to dashboards and reports
All access is authenticated with multi-factor authentication (MFA) and logged for audit purposes.
